This retreat is where you pick it back up.

On the volcanic shores of Milos, we trade the shoulds for one honest question: what do I actually want? Not what’s expected, not what’s practical, not what keeps everyone else comfortable. What you actually want.

Each day begins in the body — daily dance to shake loose what words can’t reach, to remember that your body has always known things your mind talks itself out of. From there, you’ll move into workshops in self-awakening with Nan, unwinding the stories, roles, and inherited “shoulds” that have quietly shaped your life, and making room for what wants to take their place.

Between the movement and the inner work, there’s a lot of Greece: swimming off Milos’s turquoise coves, a boat day to Kleftiko you’ll talk about for years, long dinners in the village of Plaka, endless sunsets and sea swims and the permission to be free. This isn’t a retreat that asks you to sit still and think your way to an answer. It’s one that asks you to move and feel your way there.

Come alone or bring someone close to you. Either way, you’ll be held by a small circle of women asking the same brave question — and by the end of the week, you may find you already knew the answer. You just needed the permission and space to hear it.
